Capacity Building Projects

Organizational capacity building is understood as the process of helping an organization to become more efficient and effective and to achieve longterm sustainability and social impact. Pure Hands has an active role in organizational capacity building that focuses on developing the capacities of organizations and individuals. In 2018, Pure Hands organized several capacity building activities that targeted 34 organizations, at a total cost of $19,500.

Capacity building training includes topics on organizational policies, practices, accountability, and delivery of quality services. Pure Hands also offer vocational training to beneficiaries, along with livelihood interventions to ensure that targeted communities and individuals can manage assets and resources.

Workshop Capacity Building for Partner Organizations

Pure Hands organized a three-day capacity building workshop targeting 30 partner organizations across Yemen.
The workshop, held in March 2018, addressed areas such as proposal writing, preparing policies, and writing reports (narrative, technical, financial and media reports)

Supporting and Building Capacity of Partner Organizations

Pure Hands supported and contributed to building the organizational capacity of four partner organizations by covering their operational budgets.
Four partner organizations have benefited from the implementation of this project.
