Terms & Conditions
1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase, donation, or payment is required to enter or win. A free entry form is available to all participants.
2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older. The following are not eligible to participate or win: Pure Hands employees, contractors, board members; Maal Business Expo core organizers, event staff, or contractors; individuals administering the giveaway; and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of the above.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway runs from the official launch date until the deadline announced on the Pure Hands website and social channels. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be counted.
4. How to Enter: Participants may enter in any of the following ways: Free Entry: Submit the Free Entry Form on the giveaway webpage.
Social Entries: Share the giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and tag Pure Hands (1 entry per platform, up to 3 entries).
Donation Entries: Make a donation through the designated LaunchGood campaign (1 entry for any donation +1 entry for every $50 donated). Donations are optional.
5. Gold Prize Eligibility: Only participants who indicate that they will attend the Maal Business Expo in person are eligible for the gold prize. The winner must be physically present at the Expo to claim the gold bar. If the selected winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
6. Silver Prize Eligibility: Silver round prizes are open to both in-person attendees and online participants. Silver prizes may be shipped to winners.
7. Prize Details: Prizes include one (1) 5g 24K gold bar, one (1) 1 oz silver round, and one (1) 1/2 or 1/4 oz silver round. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted.
8. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each individual entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of how it was earned.
9. Winner Announcement & Notification: Gold prize winner will be announced live at the Maal Business Expo. Silver prize winners will be announced online. Winners will be contacted via email, phone, or social media and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a new winner being selected.
10. Verification: Pure Hands may require proof of identity, event attendance (for the gold prize), or verification of social media entries.
11. Publicity Release: By entering, winners agree to allow Pure Hands to use their name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy: Information collected during entry will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway, communication with winners, and future Pure Hands updates, unless participants opt out.
13. Organizer Rights: Pure Hands reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise its integrity.
14. Limitations of Liability: Pure Hands and Maal Business Expo are not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, inaccurate contact information, or failure of winners to respond.
15. Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their entry complies with local regulations.
